Carrollwood is about 15 minutes west of our shop, straight down Busch Boulevard. Frost Custom Carpentry builds built-ins, custom woodwork, and trim for homes here.
A lot of Carrollwood was built from the 1960s through the 1980s, around Lake Carroll first and Carrollwood Village after. Those houses have good bones and family rooms designed around a different decade.
A built-in is usually the single change that brings one of those rooms forward: a real media wall where the old shelving was, with storage sized for how the room gets used now.
